Light crème fraiche made by acidifying cream with a lower fat content from Swedish farms. Crème fraiche has a rich, creamy and smooth texture with a wonderfully creamy, sour and fresh taste. Can be used for both hot and cold cooking and is therefore suitable as a base in stews, soups, cold and hot sauces, stir-fries, pasta and potato salads or as a naturally creamy side dish. Can be cooked without cutting. Also used as an ingredient and adds a healthy touch to baking and desserts.
