Lobster stock with flavor from lobster. Flavoring agent that, with a few drops, enhances the taste of everything from fish and seafood stews, soups, minced fish to sauces and dressings.
Approx. 1.5 tbsp of stock is used for 5 dl of liquid.
1.5 tbsp stock corresponds to 1 bouillon cube.
