Bitter almond aroma, Dr. Oetker, 30 ml.

Aroma of bitter almonds in liquid form used in flavoring, often in combination with sweet almonds, of baked goods such as cookies, almond cubes and almond paste. Only a few drops give a rich taste of bitter almonds, but the aroma is completely free of nuts, almonds and thus also prussic acid, which can form when bitter almonds are consumed and be toxic in large quantities.
